Our Story

Hank Daddy's Barbecue is a proudly Canadian vending, catering and competition barbecue company serving competition quality barbecue at fairs, festivals, exhibitions, catered affairs as well as its food truck. We specialize in traditional southern barbecue and serve such favorites as pulled pork, beef brisket, chicken and ribs together with all the fixin’s. We are the Original Home of the Pulled Pork Parfait and the FireWing Challenge.

Our meats are smoked for hours at low temperatures using local fruitwood to enhance the flavours of our injections, rubs and sauces. The result... award winning tender succulent meats.

Since its inception in 2009, Hank Daddy’s Barbecue has garnered significant media attention and awards. We’ve been featured in publications such as The Toronto Star, Welland Tribune and The Sarnia Observer, to name a few. Furthermore Hank Daddy's was Featured on Season 4 of “Eat St” and recently named “One of Canada’s Best Food Truck’s” by Sharp for Men Magazine.
Hank Daddy’s Barbecue has also earned various other awards including two (2) Awards of Excellence as awarded by The National Barbecue Association of America in 2012, for our sauces.
