Hank Daddy is the owner and pitmaster of Hank Daddy's Barbecue and Bourbon restaurant. He is a Certified Bourbon Steward making him one of Toronto's go-to bourbon experts.
While sipping whiskey across many states in the US, Hank Daddy met a lot of compelling characters, listened to many great tales, and tasted a lot of bourbons. He wants to return the same experience locally by offering honest conversations about bourbon while continuing to build a community of bourbon (and barbecue) enthusiasts.
