Frank "Hank Daddy" Caputo is the owner and pitmaster of Hank Daddy's Barbecue and Bourbon restaurant, as well as a Certified Bourbon Steward.
While sipping whiskey in many states across the US, Hank Daddy met a lot of compelling characters, listened to many great tales, and tried a lot of bourbon. He wants to return the same experience locally by offering honest conversations about America's native spirit while continuing to build a community of bourbon (and barbecue) enthusiasts alike.
